Our Engagement Photos

A few months ago, during beautiful Cherry Blossom season in DC, Eric and I had the pleasure of spending the day in Georgetown with Emme Wynn.  Emme is a photographer who just moved to the DC area from Atlanta.  Originally, I didn't think we were going to have time to take engagement photos (I was so caught up planning all those summer 2012 weddings!) but am so glad we crossed paths with Emme and it worked out.  I must say, it was quite an adjustment being on the other side of the camera.  I'm so used to styling, and fluffing models for photoshoots - I felt a little backwards.  Emme was very patient while we got comfy in front of the camera - I definitely recommend having an engagement session...if for no other reason to get acquainted with being in front of the camera together before the big day.  Aren't Emme's photos so soft and romantic?  We think they turned out lovely :)  We even ended up using one of our favorites for our beautiful save the date.  Just wanted to officially share some of the photos with our readers - enjoy!
